1.The decided color and design for our t-shirts are navy blue and bright yellow(almost a gold color). The design is our logo and pig on the front and the medical symbol on the right sleeve. No designs will be on the back of the shirt. Shelly, a new member is checking on prices and ordering. Those of you that weren't there yesterday we ordered mediums for you.

 

2.We talked about doing Thanksgiving boxes but realized we could not because someone else already does. Marilyn Goodnight suggested we help some ACC student that are in great need of food and other necessities. We're going to ask HEB to donate food, but we're going to wait until after the festival to see how much money we make.

 

3.Francis is in the proces of setting up the HAMS website. There is a link on the ACC website. Soon news, the minutes and agendas will be posted.

 

4.The Festival on Oct. 30 starts at 5:30. We will meet at 4:30 to get the popcorn machine set up.

 

5.Training for the popcorn machine is before the next meeting on the 28th at 3:30. Meet in student activities. ITS IMPORTANT THAT YOU COME!

 

6.Also at the next meeting we will make posters for the Festival

 

7.Mrs. Burgess has asked us to e-mail her schools we would like to visit so she can start scheduling them because it's almost the middle of the semester already

 

8.Lastly, we have 4 new members. Everyone needs to PLEASE try to attend every meeting so we can have everyones input.
