ACC H.A.M.S. Meeting Minutes

Pre-Meeting
-decorated posters for the Fall
Festival on Saturday, October 30, 2004
Meeting
1. Collected everyone's t-shirt
size & order quantity.
2. Decided on who will create a
mission statement--Brittany.
3. Decided on who will develop
our letter head--Francis.
4. The first school we will
tour is the U of H School of Pharmacy in the Texas Medical Center. This will
be on Friday, December 3, 2004 and we will leave the ACC campus at 11:30 AM to
arrive at U of H at 12:30 PM. All those who plan to attend please confirm with
Gwendolyn Burgess.
5. We are going to be recruiting professionals
to come and speak at a meeting, so everyone needs to gather ideas about
professions they are interested in. E-mail your ideas to Gwendolyn (gburgess@alvincollege.edu),
myself (ACCHams@aol.com),
or wait and present your ideas at the next meeting.
6. November is the month of
Thanksgiving, so we will only have one meeting, which will be on Thursday,
November 11, 2004. The meeting after that will be Thursday, December 2, 2004.
7. Saturday, October 20, 2004
is the ACC Fall Festival. We will have a popcorn machine and raffle tickets at
our booth. Sign up with Gwendolyn Burgess or e-mail the time you would like to
work to either myself or Gwendolyn. The times are from 4:15-7:00, 7:00-9:00,
and 9:00-10:00 PM. Please sign up to help if you have not done so!
