ACC H.A.M.S. Meeting Minutes
for 9/30/2004

1.Everyone loved the name and the logo which was
Brittany's own drawing of a pig wearing a lab coat!
2.As far as t-shirts go we want our name and logo on the
front and medical signs on the back along with a saying which we're still
coming up with.
3.We want the t-shirts before the Halloween festival so
we can wear them.
4.Meeting are now the 2nd and 4th thur. The next meeting
is Oct.14 @ 4:00 pm.
5.Schools to visit: UTMB, and U of H (we can still come
up with more)
6.As far as volunteer work Janee thought of doing boxes
of canned goods for Thanksgiving.
7.Training for use of popcorn machine on Oct 20 or
after. We will pick a date for everyone to attend.
8.Make posters on Oct. 28 meeting for the Halloween
Fest.
