Hey Francis ~ when you went to the TX Hill Country and stopped at Miss Kitty's, bar, in Ingram you were less than 5 minutes from our house - Jack and Jennifer - just down past Ingram Damn on the right going towards Hunt. Stop by next time! We have private river property on the Guadalupe River! Jen ~ Swackette ~ :)
Enjoyed looking at your Big Bend pics! Jack and I have not been there for a long time. We have a friend who just opened an internet/coffee place. Did you see it? Just curious. Jennifer Hudson p.s. - See you all at the Dove's Nest in Ingram over Memorial Day weekend!
JenHey Crazy! Looks like you've been taken good care of! Glad to see you so happy!!!
Take care! Sydney
Having met you at several shows we really enjoyed reading your comments and agreed with all of them. It sounds as if you have a lot of fun. Russ Cable "The Sphere Man"
This is one neat site and the fun you are having traveling around. Thanks for sharing. Mary wife of the knapping man.
This is Your Mother. I enjoyed the pictures and the pledge to have smoke free lungs. That will be a good thing.
Chief!! Enjoyed your trip - Dad
Sure sounds like you guys had fun. Wish we had been with you. There are some good rocks in the Breaks north of Benjamin. Lots of snakes too. Looks like you got some nice crinoids too. When we see you in Bossier I will tell you where there are some really big ones if you can get in. Enjoyed it......Dee

Hey Francis. I like the website. Karen sent me the link this morning. It's good to hear your going to go back to school. I never thought your field would ever have the luck it's had recently.
Hope all is well. I'm going to be doing some work at Ft Hood in the next
several months. I think that's near where your moving to your parents?? We'll have to get together.
Hey, regarding the last party at Bobbisox. If you haven't already had it. I would love to attend and see all of you guys. Whoever is still left.. Let me know, I'll make the trip..
Write back or I'll have to put in a "Buggy Request Form" Well, you may not remember that joke. One of my ole dock stories told one night, real late just sittin' at "the table" having a drink or two, probably a lot more than two!! You and I must have laughed for an hour or so.
Last but not least, did you ban fireworks and rocket pictures from the site.......
Ye have little faith in the power of the force.
The force of a ½ lb of TNT at your fingertips. Just a strike of a match. And Boom.
You realize that you have no fingers.
That's the stuff memories are made of man..
Remember your roots kiddo.. Just kiddin'.. ha ha
Look forward to hearing from ya.

Every page on your site is a delight, keep up the good work.
Your site is always a pleasure to surf, I love it.
Thank you for being generous with your resources... I hope that you will receive more than you need for your time and energy. Keep at work!
Good site. Me very much has liked.
I found this to , be a very good site for adventures in the lone star state. I am starting to get back into hounding after a long absentice.I am also now a propector of the other fine minerals but I keep an eye out for the rocks of hounds. So, thanks for the tour and happy hunting. P.S. I do know where petrified wood abounds in east texas, and i will contact you on this.
I really love this website, it is interesting, fun and entertaining. Keep up the hard work.

A very nice site
LOVE your site, photos, anecdotes, history of towns, find it very useful in my tour plannings for senior citizens! (Do you know whether Big Bend area has accommodations for big group, say 55 in a motorcoach? --I've never been there-- is there something to see without long hikes?) A Tour Guide in Georgetown TX reallyteddie@yahoo.com
I love your website! I live in Georgia and I have seen most of these attractions. I've come across a very strange one in Gainesville. It is a monument with a chicken on top, because Gainesville is supposedly the chicken capital of the world. There is a picture at: http://barchouston.org/photos/Fall2003/Fall2003-Images/54.jpg
Nice site! Cool
Nice site! Great work and well done!
I thought that we went to the same bat cave together, but you must have seen some bats that I missed. (THE TWO LEGGED KIND) Next time I will stay closer to you. By the way, Kathy likes her car. Tom
Good Job with the bats. Actually I liked the picture of your Sociology Class best and Kathy’s car was pretty cool. MOM
Good site, good short stories.
Hey, you got a great site with great Texas info. I especially like your last bat story. We live in the Austin area and have seen the bats at the Congress Bridge and the McNeil Rd. Overpass in Round Rock. The kids loved them and we hope to see more bats in Fredericksburg.
